The outside service attendant provides greeting and service to members and their guests using the golf facilities.
In addition, he/she assists the Golf Professionals in all aspects of day-to-day golf operations and facilities maintenance.
Duties:
Providing cheerful greeting and exceptional service to all members and their guests, calling all members by name.
Staging golf carts.
Retrieving and loading golf bags.
Cleaning golf clubs and carts.
Setting and maintaining driving range and practice facilities.
Maintaining clean and organized bag room and service area.
Assisting Golf Professionals with tournaments.
Assisting Golf Professionals and Marshall on course as necessary.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Competencies Strong service and customer focus.
Enthusiastic, friendly, cooperative nature.
Energetic and hard working.
Ability to follow directions and adapt to a changing, busy environment.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old - Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment - Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed -Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
