If you can see yourself delivering excellent service to clients, giving back to our communities and being a part of our caring culture, you belong here.Business unitWest SeriesScheduleFull-timeJob typeStandardWorkplaceHybridYour Responsibilitieso The Senior Account Manager is one of the primary business contacts for Clients and is responsible for possessing and applying knowledge of industry trends and related regulations while servicing Clients' accounts in an innovative and efficient mannero This individual is responsible for overseeing the servicing of a designated book of business as relating to marketing, claims, and administrationo Researches an issues' root cause, implements, and resolves policy-related issues o Recommends potential enhancements or improvements to processes, products, and/or policieso Develops financial models and reports for Client and more senior staff, provides interpretation and implication of analysis, as well as recommendationso Provides expertise in strategic planning and consultative advice to clients, including the production, analysis, and recommendations for changes to coverage planso Engages in Client strategy meetings to manage insured expectations for upcoming termo Develops and presents coverage plan and renewal terms to Cliento Assesses and interprets exposure information from the Cliento Analyzes quotes from carriers to determine appropriate recommendationso Interprets and evaluates policy terms to ensure adequate coverage for Client's identified exposureso Facilitates Client premium financingo Participates in negotiations with carriers for new and renewal quotes o Reviews new business opportunity information and provides related recommendations to Unit Manager/Account Executiveo Researches and understands industry trends and government regulationso Mentors and trains junior-level staffo Perform other work-related duties as assignedQualificationso The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field and/or years of experience equivalento Typically, five or more years of Client services experience is requiredo Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)o Strong attention to detail required o Demonstrates strong working knowledge and experience within brokerage industry o Understands industry trends and governmental regulations o Ability to work outside of regular business hourso Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft and be away from home more than one day and nighto Legally able to work in the United States If you are ready to experience the Lockton difference, APPLY NOW!This position may be eligible for annual discretionary bonus consideration.Equal Opportunity StatementLockton Companies is proud to provide everyone an equal opportunity to grow and advance.
