Position Overview:
This position is a direct hire for a well-established company in Utah.
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody with a strong leadership background in Project and/or Product Management that is interested in developing and implementing a new approach to how an organization can effectively manage and lead all work in progress.

Duties &
Responsibilities:
Develop a structured process for both Project and Product Management teams that can track quantifiable value for an organizationCollaborate with stakeholders from across the org to understand business needs and prioritize accordinglyUnderstand project/product needs and apply resources accordinglyDefine, prioritize, develop, and drive projects forwardContinue to evaluate and fine tune process to incorporate ongoing improvementsWill lead the development and documentation of processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with best practices and the goals of the organization.
Required Experience & Skills:
