We're looking for Senior Consultant who can deliver within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence, which are:
1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Senior Manager, you will analyze our insurance clients' business and technology challenges and build creative solutions to drive transformation. You will be responsible for participating in the requirements analysis process, developing strong working relationships with clients and team members and building industry and domain expertise. Specifically, as a Senior Business Analyst, you have the opportunity to deliver immediate value to clients by working with a project-based team of consultants. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar field. Responsible for analyzing project customization needs for a large claims transformation program using FINEOS. Evaluate solution options, Conduct impact analysis across the program (intake, adjudication, payments, correspondence, reporting, integration, portal etc) and communicate with various stakeholders (both scrum teams as well as business operation team and leadership ) regarding the actions they need to take and ensure operational readiness Prepare and Manage product roadmap (stock and groom backlog), identify in scope items, prioritize working with various stakeholders Recognize business needs, business opportunity and solve business problems, help team understand the big picture Defect Management, prioritization of issues, root cause analysis and ability to conduct retro sessions across large group of stakeholders Depending upon the program need you may be called to wear different hats such as working as a project/program manager or acting as scrum master for a team and manage a development team. 5 years of experience in advising clients in system implementation. Should be well versed with US Group Disability and Life business. Working with COTS (commercial off the shelf) vendors specifically Fineos or ClaimVantage in implementation. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
