Understanding of how to apply WCAG 2.1 standards to web and mobile web. Able to advise on implementation of ARIA, audit sites to identify accessibility bugs, and have proficient use of one screen reader. Comfortable working across all functional roles to help bake accessibility into the technology Hilton builds. Typically requires management oversight to help with work prioritization.
