This role is part of our dynamic, fast-paced Infrastructure and Client Engineering team.
This position will be responsible for evaluating new and existing technologies, creating innovation and efficiencies in imaging, cloud technology, configuration management.
As part of the team, you will be using multi-platform endpoint management to automate solutions, resulting in a more consistent, streamlined, and efficient experience for our employees.
You will also provide tier 3 support for these systems.
You will be hyper focused on modern workplace technologies that elevate the productivity of HUB's workforce.
Responsibilities Design, configure, build Microsoft Endpoint Manager solutions to support the desktop environment, including SCCM, Intune, Cloud-attached Management, Desktop Analytics, App management, software updates and Device Compliance.
Intune deployment, administration, migration, upgrades, and integrations Troubleshoot and resolve Intune and endpoint issues:
configuration, compliance, quarantine, remediation.
Independently design, configure, implement, and support a suite of tools tailored to meet the evolving needs of our organization Perform engineering and integration with other Microsoft products like Azure AD and Microsoft Conditional Access Policies Develop solutions for a consistent and secure client device experience for all employees and contractors, specifically AVD Identify areas in the end user compute environment, both current and future, that present technical challenges or opportunities.
Configure, manage, troubleshoot, and optimize device management tools (ECM/Intune, SCCM, Adaptiva, Juriba, and JAMF), establishing policies and procedures for device management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, remote support, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
Optimize Endpoint Management processes, such as provisioning of new endpoints (e.
g.
, Autopilot or similar), OS updates, deployment of security patches, packaging, and delivery of third-party software, etc.
Leverage Digital Experience tools to proactively identify and resolve user and/or endpoint issues.
Define testing and implementation strategies for OS and application upgrades.
Act as last support line engineer (escalation engineer) and implementation engineer.
Use script language and tools to automate operational activities, tasks, system builds and changes in the environment (PowerShell, Etc.
) Continuous improvement of the operations through monitoring, system performance metrics, proactive actions and automation Creating all the necessary documentation for any changes in the environment or new technologies being introduced in the environment.
Establish and implement proactive processes to upgrade existing toolsets while maintaining tools through version lifecycles Skills Required 3
years architecting and implementation endpoint configuration and management platforms.

years utilizing SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, Group Policy and PowerShell to effectively manage enterprise endpoints.

years experience in an advanced technical support role building documentation and analyzing systems for improvements.

years experience building and deploying Office 365 and Windows& MacOS Operating Systems in an enterprise setting 7
years experience in Microsoft cloud technologies such M365/O365, Azure AD, EMS licensing, Windows Hello for Business, Azure AD Connect, Azure AD joined devices, Hybrid Azure AD Joined devices, MS Autopilot, Azure Conditional Access Policies and similar.
Deep technical knowledge of Windows and Apple based hardware and product lines.
Expert level troubleshooting skills with Windows OS, MacOS, Office Suite including Windows 10& 11 and Office 365.
Strong technical knowledge across a variety of systems, including Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 Apps Demonstrated problem determination, analysis, and resolution skills Strong analytic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong decision-making, prioritization and negotiation skills Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation and negotiation) Strong ability to self-learn new technologies Individual should be self-motivated with the ability to work independently Must be able to work under pressure and project deadlines Skills Desired Experience with Nexthink, or any other Digital Experience products Experience in Network and Security architecture Experience with AVD, W365 Disclosure required under applicable municipal regulations in NY and NJ, as well as the law in Colorado:
The expected salary range for this position is $105,000 to $115,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
