Responsibilities:
Provide remote IT support for the onboarding and setup process of approximately 4000 employees. Assist in the configuration and setup of emails and multifactor authentication for new employees using remote access tools. Handle support calls using a VOIP website to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the existing systems and workflows. Maintain accurate records of tasks performed and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide excellent customer service and support to employees with varying levels of technical proficiency. Requirements:
Previous experience in IT support or a related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in using remote access tools and VOIP websites preferred but not required. Must have a reliable internet connection and own computer for remote work. Start Date:
As soon as next week ideally, but no later than the 18th of this month for training.This position offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to the seamless integration of new employees into the organization.
