Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager: Remote for Western WA residents only

If you are an experienced P & C licensed Commercial Lines Middle Market Account Manager looking to grow your career, this new role could be your next move.
My client is a National Insurance Brokerage with offices throughout Puget Sound.
Due to an upcoming retirement, they are looking to bring on a new Commercial Lines Account Manager to handle a $500,000 revenue book.
Most of the accounts are in the South Puget Sound area.
The book is a mix of construction, towing, and water district risks.
The premium ranges in size from small to about $100,000.
Many of the accounts are middle market and have been loyal customers for decades.
The agency uses AMS360.
The agency is open to remote or hybrid work arrangements, however, remote workers need to live in Western WA so that they can travel to accounts easily for key renewal meetings throughout the year.
If you want to work hybrid, you can be based out of Everett, University Place, or Auburn.
The agency believes in work/life balance, continuing education, and helping each employee plan their career path to take advantage of their key strengths.
Salary is dependent on past insurance agency experience, middle market coverage knowledge, and ability with AMS360.
Salary range is $65,000 to $95,000 with quarterly bonus.
Key responsibilities include:
Full management of a book of business including marketing, servicing, renewal management, analyzing risks, invoicing, reporting, and assisting in all needs for sophisticated business customers including:
Communicating with prospects, clients, and underwriters Work with Producer on presentation of quotes and proposals for new business and renewals Review policies, identify deficiencies and determine appropriate level of coverage Manage renewal process for expiring policies Create certificates of insurance, endorsement requests, and binders Ensure client's needs are met in a timely manner Online rating with multiple carriers Completion of Acord applications Background needed:
Vertafore AMS360 Agency Management experience preferred Knowledge of major carriers and non-admitted markets Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance 5 years P&C experience at a retail insurance agency They would like to hire ASAP so that the new Account Manager can learn accounts with the current Account Manager.
