Location is Salt Lake City, UTC2H 90 days.At Regions, the Agile Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, consulting, and managing complex enterprise level Agile projects and programs. This role will communicate with project sponsors, stakeholders, and vendors to coordinate and facilitate all project activities.Primary ResponsibilitiesManages software, systems, and business projectsDefines project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely deliveryPerforms delivery planning and managing project risks for assigned projects and teamsPrepares project documentation as required including plans, stories, burn ups, burn downs, release plans, postmortem and other documents as neededAids in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team membersSupports the Product Owner in managing expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governanceDefines and manages a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project ManagementExecutes departmental tasks as assignedThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related degreeOne (1) year of project management related experiencePreferencesExperience working as Scrum MasterExperience managing agile software development projectsCertified Scrum Master (CSM)Project Management Institute-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationSkills and CompetenciesAbility to create and deliver influential large-scale project communications with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasmDemonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments / projects simultaneouslyRelevant work experience in technology with a broad understanding across multiple IT disciplinesFamiliarity with the Kanban approach, utilizing Jira and Confluence toolsetsExpertise with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)Understanding of leadership development and engagement techniques in professional corporate settingsStrong written / verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skillsComments for Suppliers:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
