The scheduler is the primary contact to keep the customer updated on their order.
Communication through phone, email and web based programs is key to ensure our customers stay updated on when their freight will arrive.
The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter with great customer service and communication skills.
Must be familiar with basic office equipment such as computer, fax and scanning.
