We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to become our Director of Computer Support.

Team Leadership Lead a global team computer support professionals, ensuring alignment with BIG's goals and fostering a positive team culture.

24/7 Support Coverage Develop a global support model offering 24/7 coverage, optimizing shift schedules for seamless support across the US, Europe, and Australia.
Implement efficient workflows and processes to ensure continuous and high-quality IT support.
User Training and Engagement Design and conduct user training programs to improve IT literacy and operational efficiency.
Act as a key communicator between the IT team and end-users, ensuring policies and procedures are well-understood.
Issue Resolution and Escalation Manage swift resolution of support issues, coordinating with global teams and other technical departments.
Take charge in critical problem-solving scenarios, ensuring efficient escalation and resolution processes.
Microsoft 365 Environment Oversee the Microsoft 365 environment, staying abreast of updates and implementing best practices.
Ensure optimal usage of Teams, SharePoint, and other Microsoft tools.
Reporting and Metrics Establish KPIs to track and improve the team's performance and user satisfaction.
Regularly report to leadership with insights and strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Leadership
Experience:
Proven record of accomplishment in leading globT support teams, with a strong focus on positive team culture and effective people management.
Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and ITIL practices.
Certifications in these areas are a plus.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional communication abilities to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
Excellent analytical skills and decision-making capabilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
Global Collaboration:
Experience in managing diverse teams across various time zones, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
