Summary:
The Senior HRIS Analyst is part of the HRIS team that is responsible for implementation and support of all HRIS related systemsProvides guidance related to data integrity, HR technology, systems, processes, data security and managementUnder direction of the Payroll/HRIS Manager this position develops, implements, updates, and maintains the HRIS, associated modules and other HR technologyThe Senior HRIS Analyst is a subject matter expert in UKG Pro (specifically core, talent, performance, compensation management, recruiting, onboarding, payroll modules and business intelligence)Proven experience in BI Cognos reporting is strongly preferredManages integrations, vendor files, and troubleshoots as neededEnsures ongoing performance, integrity, and security of the organization's HRIS/Payroll technology (UKG), using both internal and external resourcesDesigns, develops, and deploys dashboards, standardized reports and ad hoc reports related to people data for use by the organizationLeads projects related to the HRIS as directedCOMPENSATION:

Responsible for day-to-day administration and maintenance of HR technologyLiaises between the company and UKG and handles system escalation needs to achieve resolutionThrough classes, reading and other means- continuously increases UKG HRIS application knowledge - core, talent, performance, compensation management, recruiting, onboarding, and payroll modulesDevelops HR data analytics, custom BI reports, and dashboards to drive the businessFacilitates the review, testing and implementation of HRIS systems upgrades and/or patchesCreates workflows on employee self-service and manager self-service, in addition to creating training materials for employees, managers to navigate UKG based on company functionalityMaintains data integrity in HR systems by running queries, analyzing data and performing auditsEnsures compliance to IT and HRIS security policiesMaintains awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologiesRegularly attends UKG trainings, to maintain subject matter expert knowledge/skillsServes as strategic lead for design, enhancements, improvements, and system implementation for human resource systems (UKG) and integrationsServes as a strategic business partner to HR and Payroll as well as other Company Business Partners, and leverages interpersonal skills when working with various customers and peers to effectively and efficiently accomplish goalsOther projects and duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Advanced UKG Pro (UltiPro) HRIS experience, knowledge and proficiency requiredAdvanced Cognos Business Intelligence Reporting experience strongly preferredDemonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency in platform configuration strongly preferredDemonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency in code filtering strongly preferredDemonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft OutlookMINIMUM
Qualifications:
Advanced UKG Pro (UltiPro) HRIS experience, knowledge and proficiency requiredAdvanced Cognos Business Intelligence Reporting experience strongly preferredDemonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft OutlookMust have strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skillsIntermediate experience with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups and formulas)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience5-7 years HRIS system experience with including progressive complexity in system administration, maintenance, and reportingUKG/UltiPro/Kronos or similar system experience preferredPrior experience implementing/maintaining enterprise level HRIS modules, strongly preferredWORKING ENVIRONMENT:
