Maintenance Manager
Job Description:
What you can do for us:
Will be responsible for maintaining compliance with Safety and Health standards and all safety procedures.
Develop plant maintenance programs to achieve production and quality goals and cGMP compliance.
Lead reliability engineering efforts to ensure continuous improvement in production reliability.
Develop and implement measurement criteria to assess the effectiveness of maintenance programs and cost containment goals.
Provide technical leadership and technical support for capital projects, troubleshooting, MOC and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement improvements to maintenance management practices.
Will supervise plant engineering and maintenance staff including plant engineers, mechanical integrity team, planners and maintenance tech's.
Qualifications:
What you can bring to the table:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical preferred).
CMRP certification a plus.
Previous supervisory experience over an engineering and/or maintenance group in a manufacturing environment.
Industrial maintenance experience in a GMP/FDA/AIB regulated environment.
Experience in maintenance, reliability, CMMS, preventative/predictive maintenance and RCFA preferred.
Experience in CAPEX and project management from concept to completion.
Knowledgeable with process equipment, mechanical conveying equipment, process controls and equipment troubleshooting.
