District Manager Salt Lake City , Utah Apply Now Provides leadership and accountability for assigned Portfolio; ensures delivery of quality services; directly manages operations to achieve service and profitability objectives.
Schedules efficiently and effectively to meet client and company objectives.
Coordinates and directs new client transitions and the integration of new business.
Personally engages and manages client relationships and implements client satisfaction drivers.
Coaches, trains, and develops site supervisors and account managers.
Promotes client and employee retention initiatives.
Securitas will offer a base salary of $76K in addition to a full benefit package that includes:
$500 Monthly Vehicle AllowanceMedical InsuranceLife InsuranceVision4 Floating Holidays6 Sick Days401KDistrict Managers are also eligible for the Securitas Annual Incentive ProgramSecuritas Credentials:

Qualifications:
Manages branch operations to achieve profitabilityEnsures delivery of high-quality customer serviceAssist with onboarding and directly develops high caliber staffWilling to fill in at lower levels when necessary while managing high-level responsibilitiesIs organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levelsEducation/
Experience:
At least 18 years of ageThree or more years of progressive management experience with profit and loss; security experience is a plusCompany Website:
