We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-experienced candidate to join our team as the Vice President of PreconstructionThis is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the future of our preconstruction efforts in the rapidly evolving construction industryThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all preconstruction aspects of our projects, including but not limited to, estimating, planning, and designThis role is ideally suited for someone with a strong background in construction, preconstruction, estimating, multifamily, residential, and mixed-use projects.Why join us? Responsibilities:
As the Vice President of Preconstruction, you will be tasked with the following
Responsibilities:
1Oversee and manage all preconstruction processes, including the development of strategies, budgets, and schedules.2Lead the estimating team in the preparation of accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for multifamily, residential, and mixed-use projects.3Collaborate with project teams to ensure that designs are in alignment with budgetary and construction feasibility constraints.4Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the preconstruction process.5Implement innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance preconstruction processes and improve efficiency.6Provide leadership and guidance to preconstruction team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.7Participate in the negotiation and awarding of contracts, ensuring that all aspects are in line with company standards and client expectations.8Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in the field of preconstruction, implementing relevant practices to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Preconstruction position should possess the following
Qualifications:
