- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, and chat.
Giving firearm handling and safety instruction to customers.
- Assist customers with product selection.
- Processing firearm sales per ATF regulations.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Friendly, positive attitude is a must.
- Gun knowledge/experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical sales information to customers.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
We are open Monday-Thursday, 9am to 10pm and Friday-Saturday, 9am to 11pm.
(Closed on Sundays.
) We are looking for both part time or full time positions, with Friday/Saturday availability required.
