This is a position that requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
This position does not require experience in human resources.
We do train.
However, you should be highly tech savvy, very capable of learning complex systems and teaching yourself with scan direction.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build their resume for an eventual career in Human Resource Management.
You should be capable of working with numbers and know how to use excel.
If you have a background as an accounting clerk, this could be a good fit.

You will work according to scripts created for candidate interaction, and follow standards to ensure all candidates receive fair treatment.
You'll work within our Odoo system to create and track assignments and coordinate with your supervisor, the HR Manager.
You'll assist with employee processing at all stages of the candidate-employee cycle.

QUALIFICATIONS Ability to work with spreadsheets Bilingual English-Spanish Past experience with new hire paperwork, i9s and w4s Excellent level of written ability in both English and Spanish Excellent phone presence in both English and Spanish The ability to speak Spanish is a must.
