You are the voice for our Vacation Rentals, leaving both a first and last impression on all our guests.
As a Guest Service Representative, you will assist customers booking one of our Vacation Rentals, checking in and out, handling any guest issues and a variety of other guest interactions.
You will be working in shifts for this position.
SHIFTS:
Thursday to Saturday 8 AM - 2 PM 1 PM - 7 PM You will need to work Monday to Wednesday for the first 2 weeks of training.
After training, work days will be Thursday to Saturday.
The ideal candidate takes pride providing excellent customer service and can quickly build rapport with guests.

Responsibilities:
Answer phones with a smile Assist guests with the booking process Anticipate the needs of guests and build rapport Respond to guest concerns and resolve them appropriately, escalating to management when necessary Maintain accurate records of booking, ID verification and payment information Evenings and weekends required
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus Ability to use tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service problems, including stressful and highly emotional situations Ability to demonstrate genuine care for customers and employees Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
