Travel Assistant Salary:
$22-$23/hour, non-exempt Location:
Salt Lake City Mountain Crane is seeking a detail-oriented and organized travel assistant.
This is an entry-level position for someone who is skilled with excel, reporting, and financial analysis.
This position will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for field employees, managing daily subsistence, and ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets.
Please note, this position is based in our Salt Lake City office and does not offer remote or hybrid work arrangements.
Key
Responsibilities:
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, in line with company policies and budget.
Maintain accurate subsistence rates and records for all job sites, updating as needed.
Manage subsidized hotel accommodations and track disbursements to ensure compliance.
Conduct weekly audits of subsistence expenditures, providing reports for payroll.
Input subsistence data accurately into FCC and collaborate with payroll for timely pay.
Assist in developing strategies to optimize subsistence expenses.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.
Support travel auditing and compliance through administrative tasks.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Skilled in Microsoft excel Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
