General Summary This position is responsible for receiving customer orders to ensure order setup and materials dispatch matches the customers needs, owning assigned list price customers, developing relationships with and managing retention strategy for assigned list price customers to improve margins across the company's aggregate and asphalt operations to ensure outstanding customer service, loyalty and retention.
Essential Job Accountabilities Manage call in orders to ensure calls are answered timely.
Set up orders and dispatch material sales based upon customer demand.
Recapture lost sales through on-time submittals, scheduling efforts, and customer relationships after bid day.
Recapture lost customers through outreach efforts, in coordination with sales team, to ensure list price customers receive best in industry customer support from the company's Materials team.
Provide customer service as required for credit card charges, invoice inquiries, ticket inquiries, etc.
Coordinate submittals and other quality documentation to ensure the company is simple and easy to do business with while maintaining our materials quality standards.
Provide quotes and pricing as appropriate, in coordination with sales team, to serve existing customers and potential leads.
Collaborate with Operations staff to ensure order confirmation and effective scheduling.
Education High school diploma or equivalent Work Experience Experience in a customer facing role desired Knowledge, skills, and abilities MS Office intermediate to high level required Bilingual (Spanish Preferred) Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Base Salary Range:
$54,274.
00 - $81,410.
00 Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
