The HR Coordinator takes the baton from the recruiting team and prepares the employee for their first day at Nuvia.
Additionally, this position will support Nuvia's HR Generalist with getting all new Smile Makers who are eligible for Nuvia's benefits enrolled on time.
The HR Coordinator plays a key role as the liaison on the PX Team for all new Smile Makers.

satisfaction rating Ensure smooth all onboarding is completed before the SML MKRs first payroll All SML MKRs onboarded with 100% accuracy Complete all required paperwork and reporting as soon as possible Smooth, accurate processes to support the life cycle of all SML MKRs Support an annual turnover rate of 40% or less Support a 90 day retention rate of 90% or greater Requirements Be available during regular working hours (Monday- Friday from 8am-5pm MST), averaging 40 hours a week.
High attention to detail and passion for accuracy Ensure every SML MKR is set up for success during the onboarding process with Nuvia Effectively communicate across all departments at Nuvia Ensure all new hires are properly onboarded for benefits administration and payroll Monitor state and federal laws to ensure compliance within department Ability to work independently, meeting deadlines Ability to main a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive data Understand and live by our company values.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
