Reviewing fiduciary, gift, and estate tax returnsWorking with staff to ensure fiduciary, gift, and estate tax returns are completed correctly by required deadlines and under firm processesCoaching and mentoring staffWorking with the firm Wealth Transition Services team on various projectsInterpreting and reviewing various legal documents in relation to estate and business succession planningTechnical research on estate planning and compliance matters for internal clientsAssisting clients which may have varied levels of estate planning knowledgeLooking at the tax situation of the individual and their estate from various angles to ensure the maximum tax benefit is appliedImplementing the planning process to create plans based on cash flow projections, distribution of income, business succession, estate preservation and estate plan flowManaging client relationships internally and externally by proactively seeking solutions that add value to the client experienceBusiness development and billing responsibilityAssist in preparation of marketing materials and presentation of internal and external webinar trainingsWho You Are You are an excellent communicator -- your verbal and written communication skills are outstandingThe Wealth Transition Services Manager will interact with clients at all levels of the income scale and will speak to groups on wealth transition topicsYou have expertise in transfer tax and estate planningYou may have experience with flow-through entitiesYou are a multi-tasking master and there is never a deadline you can't meetYou have experience developing business and networkingIn addition to all of this, you have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, an active CPA license or law degree (preferred) and/or equivalent experience working with wealth transition servicesMust have five or more (5+) years of experience in public accounting or related field working with individual clients and corporate trust companiesMust be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorshipBenefits and Compensation Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable payEide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary rangesFinal compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equitySalary Range:
$90,000-$180,000 Beyond base salary, Eide Bailly provides benefits such as:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
