The HR Generalist begins the day by collaborating with managers to identify hiring needs.
They are also responsible for scheduling interviews as well as conducting interviews, referring candidates for further discussions, and extending job offers.
When this is done, they also schedule start dates! They then dedicate their time to seamless onboarding, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and ready for success.
This includes conducting new hire orientations and entering new hire information in our HR and payroll systems.
QUALIFICATIONS Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish 1
years of experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar Strong job tenure history Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills Familiarity with Kronos payroll and human resources systems is a plus.
