Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Creative Director to develop social media strategies for the Ready Alliance portfolio of brands.
Create and post content daily, including captions, photos, videos, and more across all Ready Alliance brands.
Use data to pinpoint trends and opportunities and to grow engagement and followers in multiple social media channels, for multiple brands.
Produce and edit videos, images, graphics, and text, or collaborate with our creative team to do so.
Research and develop new ideas for novel and engaging types of content that customers will love.
Stay in the know regarding the most current social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
Work with the marketing team to ensure social channels are in line with brand messaging, tone, and goals.
Help manage responses and questions on news feeds and posts.
Assist with building new profiles and developing new social channels.
Work with analytics on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, YouTube, etc.
Monitor competitor social media platforms.

Social media marketing
Experience:
3-7 years.
(Required) Experience with social media analytics and knowledge of basic analytic platforms like GA or the proprietary analytics tools in each social media platform.
(Required) Excellent and speedy written communication skills.
(Required) Video and graphic production skills.
(Strongly Preferred) Experience or background with self-reliance and emergency preparedness.
(Preferred) Customer service experience.
(Preferred) Demonstrated knowledge representing multiple brands Strong organizational skills.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Proficient in English.
