$35 - $37/hr on W2Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARYUnder the guidance of a senior leader, a Research Associate has primary responsibility for planning/managing value communication tools (e.
gscientific compendium, RWE one-pager), executing literature reviews, supporting model adaptations, supporting real-world and economic evidence activities for in-line products to meet the value evidence needs of clinicians, payers, policymakers, HTA/reimbursement agencies, and health systems globallyThe RA will also be responsible for study-related contracting, budgets, and vendor/partner managementPosition ResponsibilitiesThe RA will participate in studies and projects led by the Value & Evidence (HEOR) mRNA team and serve as outcomes research representative on cross-functional regional and global teamsIn collaboration with internal teams and external partners, the RA will conduct literature reviews, compile compendium tools, support the adaptation of global models, design studies, author study protocols, write data analysis plans, review final study reports, scientific presentations, and support medical writing and review of publicationsTypes of global models for adaptation include cost-effectiveness and budget impact modelsThe RA will support sourcing inputs for these model adaptations.
Types of studies executed include prospective and retrospective observational studies to characterize disease burden and epidemiology, treatment patterns, healthcare resource utilization and costs, physician and patient satisfaction surveys, clinical and patient-reported outcomes assessments, systematic reviews and meta-analyses, and economic modelling.
The AR will be responsible for supporting value story generation in a cross-functional team with medical, commercial, and market access colleagues.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPSThe incumbent is expected to work cross-functionally with clinical development, medical affairs, biostatistics, market access, commercial and country affiliates.
