Summary DescriptionAs a Warehouse Tech/Driver at Christy Sports, you will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse and inventory control operationThis includes loading and unloading delivery vehicles, operating a company vehicle to deliver merchandise to stores and customers in a safe and timely manner, and moving merchandise within the warehouseYou will also be using a handheld inventory scanner to pick and pack orders, ensuring that all tasks are performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 21 years old Possess a valid driver's license Must have a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company safety standards Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 50 pounds individually Ability to perform heavy lifting of items exceeding 200 pounds with assistance Regular bending and/or kneeling required Ability to stand for extended periods of time Experience in a distribution center preferred Flexibility to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, to accommodate peak season workflowResponsibilities Load and unload delivery vehicles Safely and timely operate a company vehicle for merchandise delivery Move merchandise within the warehouse Use a handheld inventory scanner for order picking and packing Adhere to all company policies and safety standards Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with co-workers and customers Perform any other duties as assignedPerks And Benefits Free Ski Pass Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Employer Paid Basic Life Insurance and AD&D Voluntary Life Insurance (Employee/Spouse/Child) Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with Company Match Paid Time Off & Sick Leave Paid Parental Leave Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Employee Discounts in ski, retail, and outdoor industry, and moreSalaryThe budgeted range for this position starts at $18 per hourActual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
