Vision Innovation Partners is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to join our team! The ideal candidate has deep experience in provider recruiting, process development and improvement, and team leadership.
The Director of Talent Acquisition reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and is a player/coach who is a hands-on recruiter while operating as a strategic partner with VIP leadership to further develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment program that aligns with the Company's business strategies and scales as the business growsThis position is responsible for recruiting strategy design and the execution of innovative sourcing and recruitment techniques; coordinating all aspects of provider, clinical and corporate recruitment; and Talent Acquisition team mentorship and development About VIPVision is not just a part of our name; it's our missionAt VIP, our purpose is clear:

This role is open to remote employees on Eastern time, with occassional travel to our Support Center offices in Annapolis, MD, and clinic locations.
Position
Responsibilities:
Design, execute and measure recruiting strategies, programs and roadmaps to attract, evaluate, hire and retain top tier talent.
Partner with senior leadership to understand talent requirements and develop recruitment plans to address them.
Mentor and lead a team of three (3) recruiters to ensure optimal candidate experience throughout the entirety of the recruiting cycle.
Define the strategic direction of and lead the Talent Acquisition Department, including the creation and continuous improvement of systems, processes and standards of excellence.
Develop an effective sourcing strategy for consistently healthy candidate pipelines and a scalable recruitment processThis includes, but is not limited to, using social media, cultivating relationships with Universities and Residency programs through a robust residency outreach strategy, leveraging physician referrals, and advertising venues to meet business initiatives and growth strategies.
Create and anchor data-driven hiring metrics that all team members know and are accountable to (calls made, candidates sourced, interviews scheduled, TTF, hiring ration, rate of retention, etc.
)Educate hiring managers regarding recruitment best practices and ensure hiring decisions are made and communicated in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business, market and competition, and emerging trends within the TA space.
Understand workforce planning and forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
Embrace diversity, inclusion and belonging to ensure the organization's philosophy is deeply embedded in all recruiting activities.
Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, co-building a strong employer brand, increasing company awareness, and promoting the company's talent proposition in the marketplace, including representation at national conferences and conventions.
Recruit qualified providers, clinical and support positions by screening, assessing, and interviewing for potential placement.
Identify and evaluate trends on healthcare recruitment, including location conditions, economic conditions, and competitive institutions to develop innovative strategic plans to respond to these trends.
Essential Skills/Credentials/Experience/EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent mix of education and experience.
Minimum of ten (10) years of physician recruiting experienceMinimum of five (5) years of management experienceDemonstrated experience translating business strategy understanding how / the role talent acquisition plays in the execution of business objectives.
Well-developed leadership skills, evidencing the ability to hire, develop and motivate team members.
Proven track record development and executing comprehensive recruitment programs for hyper-growth with distributed workforce.
Strong process orientation; demonstrated experience building and enhancing talent acquisition processes.
Strong internal and external service-orientation with an ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Deep knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, tools and best practices.
Proven track record delivering effectively against aggressive milestones and time-to-fill targets with deep sourcing techniques that drive passive candidate hires.
Applicant tracking system (ATS) experience, including technical and process developmentExperience using iCIMS preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
