FullTimeDuties/ResponsibilitiesPartners with the Director of Human Resources and other leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
Will oversee leave management programsAnalyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
In conjunction and as assigned by the Director of Human Resources, oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Participates in internal audits and compliance initiatives to ensure 100% pass rate.
Engages with new hire onboarding and experience as it relates to assigned training and welcoming into their new roles.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
Education And ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
A minimum of three years of human resource management experience with increasing responsibilities, required.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
PHR or SPHR is highly desired.
Recommended Skills Analytical Auditing Business Administration Communication Conflict Resolution Coordinating Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
