The Human Resources Clerk provides specialized HR administrative and office support functions, creates and maintains reports, helps maintain personnel files and benefits for employees, interacts with all levels of staff, and performs related duties as assigned.
He/She, assists in ensuring the hospital is in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations that pertain to Human Resources and employment.
Qualifications:
1.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Associates/Bachelors in related field, preferred.
Interest in Human Resources 2.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills 3.
Intermediate knowledge computer skills (MS office - Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint) 4.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English, as well as posses strong written and oral communication skills PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
