We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Full-Time HR Generalist to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources as our company continues to expand.
Responsibilities:
As an HR Generalist at Forward Health LLC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our employees and the overall HR function.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Recruitment:
Participate in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
Onboarding:
Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive transition for new hires into the company.
Benefit Management:
Administer employee benefits programs, assist employees with benefit inquiries, and facilitate open enrollment processes.
Entity Management:
Assist in the management and maintenance of HR records, personnel files, and HRIS systems.
Employee Relations:
Act as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
Healthcare:
Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and support employee wellness initiatives.
Payroll:
Assist in the payroll process and resolve any payroll-related issues.
Company Strategy Rollout:
Contribute to the implementation and communication of company-wide HR initiatives, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience or education in human resources or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Enthusiasm for embracing change and contributing to a fast-growing company.
HR certification is preferred but not required.
Newly certified HR candidates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP) and MS Office Suite.
Compensation and
Benefits:
Salary range:
$50,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Full-time position with a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid holidays.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:
00 AM - 5:
00 PM.
Currently remote, with plans for a hybrid work schedule in the future.
