Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
o Complete all aspects of accounting, tax and audit engagements for clients including statusupdates to engagement managers and adhere to all quality control standards as requiredo Demonstrate understanding of the client's business including analysis and planning of clientengagementso Adhere to engagement budget constraints and complete assigned tasks within the timerequested, explain variances when neededo Achieve charge hour goalso Review associates' accounting, tax or auditing work:
provide constructive review pointso May supervise Associate's on engagementso Train and mentor associate staffo May be involved in the client billing process by assisting Managers or Directorso Identify and begin to develop knowledge in selected specialty practiceo Leverage industry knowledge and business acumen blending cross serve opportunities into clientengagementso Participate in practice development activities such as:
membership in qualified organizationscapable of referring potential engagementso Execute administrative duties as assignedo Additional responsibilities as assignedPreferred Requirements:
o Master's degree preferred in Accounting, Taxation or related fieldo 1 year supervisory experienceo CPA candidatesMinimum Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree requiredo 3 years of experience in public accounting or related fieldo Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment asnecessaryo Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization,both internally and externallyo Proficient use of applicable technologyo Must be able to travel based on client and business needs#LI-CG1#J-18808-Ljbffr Recommended Skills Administration Auditing Billing Business Requirements Commercial Awareness Quality Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
