Position
Summary:
DMBA is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.
This role in the IT department will help implement and support a variety of software applications.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, an excellent communicator, and is driven to solve problems and implement solutions.
The Analyst will elicit requirements from end users, decompose requirements into functional specifications, identify solutions, and participate in configuring requirements into the new and/or enhanced applications.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated to efficiently generate results, both individually and by partnering effectively with end-users, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
This is a hybrid position and candidates must reside within a commutable distance to downtown Salt Lake City.

Delivers and maintains high-quality software solutions Performs business analysis to assess processes and systems Leverages technology to solve problems and enhance operations Assumes ownership for system configuration and reliability for various assigned solutions Takes corrective action with technical Help Desk tickets Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in information systems or computer science (relevant experience may be substituted for a degree)Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions Understanding of the applications development environment, database, data management, and infrastructure capabilities and constraints SaaS experience, including administration and user access management Very clear verbal and written communications Attention to detail, including proven abilities with context switching and managing multiple competing priorities Having or pursuing a relevant master's degree and/or relevant certifications is a plus What We Offer:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
