Mine sites have large mills that rotate to break down ore.
Inside the mills are metal liners that help with the breakdown process.

Summary:
The Training and Records Coordinator will ensure a reline job's prerequisites are met before our crew's departure.
They will report to the Director of Production.
Training and Records Coordinator - Key
Responsibilities:
Verify and track a mine site's requirements for contractors.
Ensure each crew member's training is valid and meets the mine site's requirements before departure.
Coordinate with other team members to organize and schedule our employee's annual drug tests, medicals, site training, vaccinations for international travel, and internal training.
Track expiration dates on each piece of training, vaccinations, and certificates.
Maintain, update, and upload each employee's information in a training matrix or other Excel spreadsheet/Google document.
Input, modify, and remove an employee's details in our digital and physical internal file system.
Input and maintain accurate data within various client portals.
Compile requirements for international jobs, and collaborate with other divisions to collect the needed data for obtaining foreign visas.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years or older.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive employee information and maintain confidentiality.
Strong work ethic.
Self-starter with solid time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of team.
Proficiency with Google Workspace:
Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
Proficiency in accurate data entry.
Have a basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
Experience working with employees in safety-sensitive positions preferred.
Availability outside of regular work hours, if needed.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer.
Occasional lifting of up to 20-30 pounds.
