Maintenance Supervisor
Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.

85K - 90K The Maintenance Supervisor will work management to improve Maintenance Team productivity and quality through hands-on supervisory direction of Maintenance Technicians.
Works with the Maintenance Manager to collaborate with MRO team for repairs and replacements of Plant assets, including Facility systems and equipment, and production equipment.
What's the Job? Max of 5 Improve maintenance team productivity.
Hands-on leader with strong staff development skills.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives What's Needed? Max of 5 3
years Maintenance leadership experience 5
