Senior Product ManagerThe Senior Product Manager plays a critical role in defining the future of MasterControl business intelligence products for the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Life Sciences industries.
This Product Manager will be required to conduct research with customers and stakeholders to understand the challenges our customers face, and how we can help them to address those challenges with meaningful analytics and insights.
This Product Manager will define the roadmap for our business intelligence and export products, working collaboratively with other data and application product managers to collect specific requirements from multiple domains, and then prioritizing the initiatives that will create the most value for our customers.
The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for business intelligence and data, a strong ability to partner with engineers and analysts, and a deep understanding of how we can use data to solve significant problems for our customers.
The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of predictive analytics and would work with our ML Product Manager to prioritize related initiatives when appropriate.
RESPONSIBILITIES Defines and executes on the roadmap for data export and data visualization solutions Works collaboratively with other product managers to identify how data visualization and business intelligence can enrich the value of MasterControl products and solutions Regularly interacts with customers to understand their problems and needs, to obtain feedback, and define best-in-class solutions that fit our needs Ensures we are delivering high quality data solutions to our customers by conducting user acceptance testing of dashboards and data prior to release Partners with business intelligence analysts on the best visualizations for a particular use case Closely partners with Engineering, Architecture,Product Designers, Technical Program Managers and other stakeholders, driving concepts from ideation through to launch and beyond Serves as a data quality thought leader at MasterControl Displays strong leadership, organization, and execution skills Works to understand MasterControl's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission Communicates and collaborates across cross-functional teams - product marketing, sales, support, services, etc.
, to ensure successful product launch and adoption SKILLS A team player who has empathy for others and the ability to develop positive, strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly within Engineering and Product Strong ability to write clear and concise requirements More than 5 years of experience with data visualizations, business intelligence solutions and data pipelines highly preferred Strong customer facing communication skills Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make data-driven decisions Proven experience delivering products and solution to customers Ability to understand technical needs and limitations of visualization tools, data warehousing, data security, and their interplay with machine learning and AI product initiatives Experience working to understand customer needs from qualitative and quantitative analysis Ability to develop innovative, market-leading solutions that solve customer problems and add value Strong prioritization skills and ability to understand impact of roadmap on customers and business Data driven to identify trends and measure the impact on the product or features you build Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-managed and dedicated approach with the ability to work independently Strong problem-solving capabilities as well as the flexibility to deal with changing or conflicting priorities Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Experience as a Product Manager working directly on GxP compliant solutions with a Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or other Life Sciences manufacturing company or related software development is preferred but not required PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS Ability to communicate effectively in writing, in person, over the phone or online meetings and in e-mail Ability to operate a computer and work at a desk for extended periods of time Some occasional travel is required, typically to interact with customers, present at user group meetings, etc.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000- $170,000

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
