Sr. Manager Cleanroom Lab Operations - Sterility Assurance
The Senior Cleanroom Lab Operations Manager is primarily focused on the business & strategic oversight of a department and day-to-day operations, including resource & staffing needs.
Additionally, the Senior Lab Operations Manager is accountable for regulatory compliance, policy & procedural compliance, and oversight of technical issues relating to tests conducted in the department.

Direct leadership experience overseeing Cleanroom Operations Production Laboratory setting preferred Cleanroom experience also considered:
Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Electronic Part Production, Nanotechnology, Optics/Lens Manufacturing, etc.
Experience in a production setting driving efficiencies and budget controls Bachelor degree in a relevant Life Science Discipline Essential Duties:
Department Level Operations & Strategic Oversight Drive the department's key performance indicators (quality, utilization, turnaround times, etc.
) Improve and maintain quality of services by developing action plans with QA team Work cross-functionally with the Sales and Consulting teams to grow the business offerings Talent Management Ensure that personnel receive adequate communication and direction to perform their job functions Work with the HR team to develop succession plans Partner with the HR team to retain talent Operational Excellence Manage business unit P&L, budget and financial metrics Plan for business resources, personnel, CapEx using financial models and ROI Maintain and monitor production metrics in accordance with performance goals Optimize testing workflow across departments and ensure resources and personnel are adequate Manage and forecast supply chain to minimize or eliminate testing interruptions The name Sotera Health was inspired by Soteria, the Greek goddess of safety, and reflects the Company's unwavering commitment to its mission, Safeguarding Global Health .
