We are looking for a reliable Recruiter to to maintain and update employee records, coordinate with all managers for staffing / recruitment needs, post job ads, conduct phone screenings and set up interviews with hiring managers.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of HR tasks and work diligently under pressure.
This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner with applicants, hiring managers.
Manage and update job postings, job descriptions and position requirements as needed.
Schedule and plan interviews and appointments.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
Holding preliminary interviews on the phone or in-person.
Using software to analyze resumes and find candidates.
Answering questions from applicants Guide applicants through the application, hiring, non-hire and / or onboarding process as necessary.
Skills Proven experience as a recruiter, HR generalist, office assistant, or in another relevant Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure to fill positions A strong understanding of best practices and current regulations specific to HR Ability to work both independently and effectively with a team Takes joy in sparking conversation, providing excellent candidate service, and organizing office flow If you have a strong work ethic and the ability to problem solve effectively, apply today!
