Strong Linux skillsExperience w/ Python for task automationGood communication skillsExperience with Incident management processesOncall support is requiredStrong Linux troubleshooting skillsTask automation experience in any programming languagePractical experience of at least one pillar of observability (metrics, logs or traces)Exhibit working knowledge in at least ONE of the following areas SQL REST services (API) Load balancing and networking Performance troubleshooting and resolution Confident collaboration skillsDesired SkillsPython development for task automationExperience with site reliability engineering practices, like service level objectives (SLOs), error budgets, blameless postmortems, toil reductionPrior experience creating operational dashboards (Splunk, Grafana, etc)Experience administering and/or supporting ServiceNow Recommended Skills Api Automation Communication Dashboard Financial Management Grafana Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
