Content Development Manager - Healthcare RCM Training
This is a remote positionAAPC's Content Development department is seeking a content Development Manager to lead various content development teams of subject matter experts and quality assurance reviewers to create and maintain a leading initiative at AAPC.

Lead and manage subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to learners.
Source a diverse range of medical cases to be used in content initiatives.
Work with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy of coding and content in all materials produced, adhering to the latest medical coding standards and guidelines.
Develop innovative learning paths and strategies to guide learners effectively to medical coding content.
Regularly review and update content based on learner feedback, responses from learners, changes in coding guidelines, and industry standards.
Use evaluations and data to make recommendations on how to improve and edit cases on a regular basis.
Manage creation of new learning units associated with project content.
Provide Subject Matter Expert support to member/learner's queries and escalations.
Qualifications/Experience You'll Need:
Minimum of one current and valid AAPC Core coding certification (CPC, COC, CIC, CRC) Proven experience in department management and subject matter expert coordination 5
years relatable experience required Inpatient, outpatient, and ProFee coding preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Superior verbal and written communication skills Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite AAPC Values:
