Remote Sensing Analyst

Lynker is currently seeking a Remote Sensing Analyst to support the U.
SDepartment of Agriculture Geospatial Technologies and Applications Center, who shall be responsible for supporting the National Geospatial Services project
Responsibilities:
Participate in applying remote sensing and geospatial technologies to address natural resource applications including change detection, monitoring, extraction and classification of information from imagery using supervised/unsupervised image classification, and feature extraction technologiesConduct product accuracy assessment and identify and apply approaches to geospatial analysis and modelingDevelop, manage and analyze remote sensing and geospatial data sets, to support resource management projects that range from local to broad scales in sizeAssist in evaluating and applying new remote sensing and associated technologies (e.
g.
, new sensors and platforms, software technologies, data processing and analysis methods, data mining, geospatial modeling, UAV data extraction and interpretation, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
