Aftermarket Field Support Specialist (Remote)

We are currently looking for an Aftermarket Field Support Specialist to support new product integration tasks while cultivating positive relationships and outcomes with our customers and business partners.
The objective is to improve relationships and integrate Curlin and Zevex products and services, safely and efficiently.
This position requires business acumen since it requires strong relationship with Sales (National Account Managers), Operations Service & Supply Chain, Quality, Clinical, and our Curlin 8000 and RxManager training, implementation, and technical support Software and hardware installation support Support clinical education team as needed Provide onsite support for new and existing customers Collaborate with IT and engineers to identify and correct issues to improve customer experience Special Projects as assigned Additional
Responsibilities:
Ability to work with Project management software Infusion and Enteral pump technical service capabilities Ability to implement change effectively and integrate key stakeholders in process Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, flowcharts and scheduling software Experience leading a team Strong verbal communication skills to work with groups form different functional groups and or sites Ability to effectively communicate via email/telephone Ability to educate, coach, and train technical service personnel Ability to access U.
