Primary Function What you'll do Through a proprietary ERP optimization methodology, our client takes a data-centric approach to interrogate businesses' SAP systems and transform how it's used.
After optimizing their business, you'll educate their clients on how to sustain the transformation they catalyze.
You will have a hand in shaping clients to deliver on their promises to their customers.
Combining wisdom, business smarts, technical expertise, and artful precision to uncover exciting opportunities in clients supply chains, you'll assess the opportunity and then transform the people, processes, and technologies to ensure a sustainable organization.

If you like to drive SAP solutioning in a value-add consultative fashion - this role is for you Role-Specific Responsibilities What they want A successful Advisor would have started their career in a supply chain role (Materials Planner, Procurement Specialist, Inventory Manager, etc.
) for a company that used SAP, so they have knowledge of how SAP works for the business.
Next, the Advisor will have very strong configuration experience and have been on several projects and environments so they have vast experience within Materials Management (MM).
They will be responsible for educating and guiding their clients on Materials Requirements Planning (MRP), exception monitoring, LIS, and other standard SAP ECC Best Practices in the clients environment.
Qualifications What you'll need o 10 years experience with SAP MM configuration (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Master, LIS, Logistics and MRP) o Extensive and in-depth functional knowledge, along with knowledge of SAP with a good amount of implementation and delivery experience o Experienced with IMG configuration o Experienced with SAP change control processes and procedures (CTS) o Experienced with one of more; SAP ASAP methodology, agile methods, ITIL, Solution Manager or other project management tools o SAP certification a plus Business Skills o Must possess a passion for standing up in front of a group of people and educating them on how SAP works in a business role o Advanced understanding of supply chain principles (best practices) in an SAP environment o Effective facilitation skills that lead to team buy-in and sustainability with the client Soft Skills o Must be personable and confident and be able to leverage and navigate relationships strategically o Advocate for customers, ensuring customers are obtaining support they require o Must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to respond to situations with a sense of urgency What they offer:
