Product Manager
JD Be responsible and accountable for the implementation and success of each product launch Execute product OKRs and continuously monitor and report on progress With the assistance of subject matter experts on the agile team, define new operational processes Work with staff to implement new operational processes through product launches With the assistance of subject matter experts on the agile team, scope and define technical work to support the product roadmap and operational processes With the assistance of the Enterprise Data and Analytics groups, establish reporting to capture customer and staff feedback Use customer and staff insights to drive continuous improvement after product launch Liaise with members of the agile team as required to support their efforts This may include thought partnership while defining processes, technical built, metrics, etc.
Recommend opportunities to improve the product roadmap to the Product Leader and Head of Product Collaborate closely with product owners in an agile environment to understand project requirements and timelines Support the seamless rollout of new products and initiatives within specified timelines Gather relevant information from product owners and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of changes Coordinate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring a smooth flow of communication and collaboration Good Understanding of PowerBI Tracks the SNOW requests for product enhancements to closure Communicate with stakeholders on go live and product utilization Implement and uphold best practices in change management methodologies Communicate changes and enhancements to the team clearly and promptly Respond to team queries and concerns regarding enhancements, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions Educate team members on new processes and technologies to facilitate adoption Create communication decks for product go live and perform iterations whenever necessary Drive value capture by identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization Monitor and report on the increase in utilization, providing actionable insights for further improvement PSRTEK is a reputed technology recruitment and IT staffing brand with a global footprint and an admired client base.
