Hybrid Job (3 days onsite at Salt Lake City, UT & 2 days Remote)Duration:
12 Months Contract to HirePrimary Responsibilities Leads the creation of comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test case scenarios for new and existing productsIndependently performs manual testing of applications and translates results into actions in collaboration with managementAnalyzes test data to determine pain points and recommend improvements or modifications to better meet customer needsMaintains documentation for testing activities and cases, ensuring team compliance to internal policies and proceduresCollaborates with teams to identify process improvement strategies and develop effective testing solutionsCreates and maintains quality metricsCollaborates with peers to create parameters and comparison data for improved accuracyIndependently performs post-production validationAssists with coordinating non-functional testing activities, including performance testing, concert testing, and pen testingRemains abreast of trends in testing tools and strategiesLeads complex testing projects as a subject matter expertRelies on experience and judgement to perform job duties without supervision or directionCollaborates with management in determining technical knowledge pain points and developing training plansOffers advice and guidance to junior analysts, assisting in developing business/technical knowledge, analytical skills, and case management skillsThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED and ten (10) years of quality experienceOr Bachelor's degree in related field and six (6) years of quality experience PreferencesWorking knowledge of Regions' testing standardsAdvanced knowledge of software implementation methodologiesAdvanced knowledge of test case design and strategyAdvanced knowledge of test management tools such as Azure DevOps, qTest, or Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Skills and CompetenciesAbility to collaborate with other team members and teamsAbility to research, analyze data, and derive data-driven solutionsStrong priority management skillsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsStrong verbal, written communication, and organizational skillsStrong work ethic and self-motivation QA / Manual Tester / Automation Tester / SDET / Software test Enigneer Recommended Skills Analytical Application Lifecycle Management Automation Business Process Improvement Case Management Communication Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
