Summary:
The Manufacturing Team Lead is responsible for driving the production team to achieve manufacturing goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.
This role requires both leadership skills and technical expertise in manufacturing processes, ensuring a seamless and productive workflow.
Key
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
Motivate and inspire a team of 8-10 build floor staff, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives and successfully meet manufacturing goals.
Inventory Management:
Oversee the ordering, logging, and management of build materials.
Ensure timely availability and optimal stock levels.
Quality Control:
Evaluate and track build performance and product quality, implementing corrective actions as necessary to uphold company standards.
Process Improvement:
Monitor, analyze, and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal production flow and reduce waste.
Feedback Implementation:
Proactively solicit feedback from team members and leverage it to improve manufacturing timelines and processes.
Data Analysis & Goal Setting:
Utilize manufacturing data to set and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in manufacturing leadership or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry best practices.
Ability to analyze data and set achievable production goals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive mindset.
Familiarity with inventory management systems Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
