This means you accept a project(s) in your market as they come available.
Therefore, projects range from a few hours a month all the way to a full time capacity, although full time work is rare.
You will learn what your market currently offers throughout the next steps.
OnsiteIQ is looking for Capture Specialists to partner with as independent contractors.
You get the opportunity to be taught to work with a high tech 360-degree camera to capture images of active construction sites on a regular cadence.
These images are then compiled using AI to create a Google Street View style walk through of the site.
This is used directly by the owners and developers of these projects.
Responsibilities:
Capture - Upload - Get Paid Complete all required onboarding materials, certifications, and downloads Partner with your Field Operations Manager to use/maintain the provided 360-degree camera and software to capture 100% of the interior and/or exterior of construction sites as requested by OnsiteIQ Initiate data transfer by the end of each day of data collection Qualifications & Requirements Communication skills Flexible schedule Accountability Patience/Adaptability Positive attitude PPE (hard hat, vest, glasses, boots) Laptop/computer for at home upload OSHA 10 certification within first 30 days.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
