Our platform makes the lives of accountants, security professionals, lenders, investors, and other professionals easier by giving them a simple way to request, receive, track, and manage their document collection process.
Our primary customers are CPA firms.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Handle customer communications and ensure their questions are answered in a timely and complete fashion through chat, phone, and email Be helpful, friendly, and courteous to each and every customer Respond to requests for assistance quickly, professionally, and sincerely Investigate and document customer issues, interactions, resolutions, and requests Provide our customers with exceptional and memorable customer support experiences What You'll Bring:
1-3 years of previous customer service experience A positive, friendly, professional, and helpful attitude Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced startup environment Ability to stay composed and objective in times of high-pressure Computer literacy with the ability to learn software applications (familiarity with Slack, Google Docs, Excel, Outlook, Jira, etc.
preferred) Initiative to help our users and your teammates.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
