EA/Chief of Staff - Remote

Our client, a Philanthropic Organization that promotes comprehensible health care in the APIA community, is seeking an EA/Chief of Staff to join their organization.
In this role the EA/Chief of Staff with provide leadership and vision and well has drive operational integrity.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization.
Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Please note this is a temp role Responsibilities Rebuild infrastructure using technology to continue to build growth Enhance efficiency and effectiveness Provide oversight and define the vision of the CEO into the internal organization You will asses and provide oversight to all software, CRM systems integration and enhancements Provide and update to the design and operation of the critical functions Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations As the primary liaison to the Finance and Audit Committees of the the Board of Directors, the E/A Chief of Staff will ensure sound financial forecasting, accountability, and sound legal and compliance management Qualifications Experience as a EA/ Chief of Staff of a nonprofit organization with multi-million dollar assets Experience managing the financial assets and human Resources required to successfully drive a mission driven non-profit.
Expertise with federal grant oversight and grants management Demonstrated High Emotional EQ Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills 10 - 15 years' of experience Strategic planning and business development experience Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to maintain a diplomatic and effective approach even when dealing with multi-party stakeholder and urgent situations.
Recommended Skills Auditing Business Development Communication Coordinating Diplomacy Finance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
