Med Spa Assistant/Receptionist
Portica Body & Face Portica Body & Face Salt Lake City, UT Salt Lake City, UT Part-time Part-time $20 - $21 an hour $20 - $21 an hour Provide high energy, pleasant assistance to physician with her cosmetic practice 1 week per month - Oversee the daily operations of a medical office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow - Manage and maintain patient files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality - Schedule appointments - Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service - Supervise front desk activities, including greeting patients, checking them in/out, and handling payments - Keep office clean and orderly - Review skin care products and make recommendations to clients - Maintain knowledge of office equipment and systems, troubleshooting issues as necessary Requirements:
- Previous experience in medical office management or similar role preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to complete tasks effectively- Proficient in using computers applications and learning office technology- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Enjoys skin care and motivated to learn skin care products Sales ability for skin care products and cosmetic treatments Pleasant and welcoming to patients Flexible, pleasant and helpful to physician If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply for the Office Manager position.
