RESPONSIBILITIES Provide back up to NOS Support Tech team when needed, which includes:
Input and verify EOD's daily Meet with each GM's reconcile NOS Provide NOS support by troubleshooting cases, helping people access NOS, and trainings and updates Assist with end of month reconciliation meetings and reporting Assist with training new employees Assist with executing the NOS rollout plan by remote or in person training to specific departments, or entire offices Assist the NOS Support Manager with projects as requested.
This could include Updating data Creating or updating reports Creating and executing training Checking NOS Support Team reports for accuracy Meeting with department managers to scope needs and requests And many, many other projects! Will include some traveling for training new locations and rolling out NOS While a NOS Support Tech is responsible for assisting the NOS Support team, there are several intangible results of this position for others in the company, including:

Problem-solving skills:
Many problems arise day to day that require the ability to troubleshoot and look for solutions.
Learning and understanding how all the pieces of the journey work together is helpful in understanding how to permanently solve problems that arise and not create new problems for other departments/teams by solving your problem.
This is a huge part of the Project Managers role! Attention to detail:
This is a critical requirement for this role! You will be looking at a lot of data, running reports, and validating information.
Exactness is needed to ensure all projects are complete with excellence.
Technical expertise:
No specific technical skill is required, however a natural ability to understand and troubleshoot software is helpful.
Communication skills:
The NOS Support Tech will be in constant verbal and written communication with the rest of the tech team and other Nuvia employees and will need to be able to communicate with clarity, compassion, and accuracy.
Customer service orientation:
The NOS Support Tech should have a customer service mindset and be able to provide high-quality service to users of NOS, working to train and empower users to enhance their job performance by helping to utilize NOS correctly and effectively.
Willingness to adapt:
This is a fast changing, always innovating company! Changes occur regularly, and sometimes even daily.
Being able to adapt and incorporate new policies and procedures is essential.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
